Coming into this Tram Tower property from the two car garage you will see the private Jacuzzi, sauna and full bath area. Upstairs one level leads you to the main living space containing a spacious living room with large rock fireplace, color television, VCR and stereo with compact disc. The dining table will seat 10 people, with additional seating at a dining nook for 5-6 and a breakfast bar for 4. There is a large kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops and modern appliances. Also on this level is a private den with a queen hide-a-bed.
The outside deck off of the living room has ample space for those summer barbecues or a cool drink after the long hike.
The second floor of the Tram Tower offers three bedrooms and baths. The Master bedroom (king) is very expansive and offers a rock fireplace with sitting area, outside deck area, an oversize Jacuzzi bathtub, separate shower, double vanity and walk-in closet. Down the hallway from the master bedroom you will find a small laundry nook, then continuing on, the other two bedrooms (one with a queen and one with two twin bunk beds) and their own private full baths.
