Jackson Hole Real Estate & Property Management Company is located in the town of Jackson at 155 North Jackson Street (Please see attached map for driving directions).

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 45 days (60 days for Winter Holiday Season) prior to the scheduled arrival date will be charged a one night cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within 45 days (60 days for Winter Holiday Season) of the scheduled arrival date with forfeit all deposits, and payments. Travel insurance purchased for 6.5% of your reservation is suggested to cover unexpected emergencies.

Deposit Policy: An initial deposit equal to 50% of the total rent is due upon booking the reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival (60 days for Winter Holiday) Deposit payments to be made by personal check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Receipt of this confirmation constitutes a formal contract for the nights you reserved. You are responsible for the entire stay. No refund or credit will be given, in whole or in part, for unused days resulting from late arrival, pre-mature check-out, or cancellation.

Check in time is 3pm on scheduled arrival date. Check out time is 10 am on departure date

To guarantee an early check in on day of arrival by 12pm a payment of $50.00 will be taken in addition to your total lodging price.

To guarantee a late check out on day of departure no later than 1pm a payment of $50.00 will be taken in addition to your total lodging price.

Sorry NO pets (no matter the size) are permitted. All accommodations are non-smoking, violators will be charged an additional $200.00 for cleaning costs.

Procedure for late arrivals:
Please come to our office located in the town of Jackson – 155 North Jackson Street. (see attached map) There will be a check in envelope located in a box, located on the wall outside of the Registration Office. In the envelope you will find your units keys, and directions, and map to your unit.
