Deposit Policy: An initial deposit equal to 50% of the total amount is due within at time of reservation booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days (60 Days for winter holiday season) prior to arrival. Final payments will automatically be charged to the card on file. Please contact us if you would like to make other arrangements for your final payment.

Cancellation Policy:
Up to 30 days prior (60 days for winter holiday) to arrival initial deposit will be refunded less an 8% charge with a minimum of a $100.00 administration fee.
Within 30 days prior (60 days for winter holiday) to arrival guest forfeits all monies.

Rates: may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or resort assessment.

Other Policies:
A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
Please, all properties are non-smoking.
Sorry, no pets.
Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost or stolen from your accommodation.
Property you have rented may be listed for sale.
Please lock doors at all times.

Housekeeping: Complimentary service available depending on accommodation and length of stay.

Check-out time : 10:00 am

Amenities:
Rates at Jackson Hole Racquet Club condominiums, Crystal Springs Lodge, and Teton Pines townhomes include complimentary memberships to the Teton Sports Club.
Most guests staying in Teton Village condominiums have complimentary access to the Sundance Swim and Tennis Club. Some vacation homes have complimentary memberships to the Teton Sports Club.
