Winter Terms & Conditions

*Winter Deposit policy:
Two nights deposit is due upon booking.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival for value and regular seasons. Final
payment is due 60 days prior to arrival for Holiday seasons.

*Some properties may require different deposit policies.

*Minimum Stays:
Winter 2010-2011

Value Season: 11/28-12/18, 1/4-2/12, 2/22-4/11
3 night minimum for condominiums, townhomes, cabins, and homes.
4 night minimum for homesteads and lodges.

Regular Season: 2/13-2/20/11
3 night minimum for condominiums, townhomes, cabins, homes.
4 night minimum for homesteads and lodges.

Holiday Season: 12/19/10-1/3/11
5 night minimun for condominiums, townhomes, and cabins.
7 night minimum for homesteads, lodges, and some homes.

*Minimum stays may vary by property.
**Most homes have unique minimum stay policies. Please call for details.
Complimentary housekeeping service available depending on accommodation
and length of stay.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am

Summer Terms & Conditions

SUMMER 2010
Spring/Fall Season: 4/5-6/17, 8/22-11/26/10
2 night minimum for condominiums.
3 night minimum for townhomes, cabins, and homes.
4 night minimum for homesteads and lodges.

Summer Season: 6/18-8/21/10
3 night minimum for condominiums, townhomes, and cabins.
4 night minimum for homesteads, lodges, and homes.
*Minimum stays may vary by property.
Complimentary housekeeping service available depending on length of stay

Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am

Amenities:
-Rates at the Aspens and Crystal Springs include complimentary memberships to the Teton Sports Club.
-Teton Village condominiums have complimentary access to the Sundance Swim and Tennis Club.

Cancellation Policy:
Up to 30 days prior to arrival initial deposit will be refunded. Within 30 days prior to arrival guest forfeits
all monies. Within 60 days prior to arrival holiday guest forfeits all monies.
Cancellation policies may be different for some properties.

Rates:
Rates may be subject to change. Rates do not include sales tax or civic assessment

Other Policies:
-A security deposit will be taken upon check-in.
-No refund or credit will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
-Please, all properties are non-smoking.
-Sorry, no pets.
-Jackson Hole Resort Lodging is not responsible for items lost
-Property you have rented may be listed for sale.
-Please lock doors at all times.
