**Rates do not include sales tax, surcharge and assessments.

Two (2) additional people may be added for no extra charge, as long as bed space permits.
One (1) complimentary mid-stay maid service is provided for each stay of six (6) consecutive nights.

Deposit Policy: An initial deposit equal to 50% of the total amount is due within at time of reservation booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days (60 Days for winter holiday season) prior to arrival. Final payments will automatically be charged to the card on file. Please contact us if you would like to make other arrangements for your final payment.

Cancellations Policy:
Cancellations made 45 days or more (90 days during Holiday Season) prior to arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the first night lodging. Cancellations made within 45 days (90 days during Holiday Season) of arrival date will forfeit all payments unless the accommodation is re-rented for unused nights reserved. All cancellations are subject to the cancellation fee.
